Warranty & Services
GPD provides a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty for consumer electronics products. The customer is covered by this warranty if goods of the above categories fail to work as advertised due to defects in the product itself (from the date of delivery to the customer).
GPD will be responsible for all repair costs and replacement costs for non-human defective parts.
Note: This warranty only applies to defects caused by the product itself, and any accidental damage caused by humans is not covered by this warranty.
General guidelines
This warranty applies only to individuals. GPD refuses to be held responsible for any product problems caused by your negligence or failure to comply with the "User Guide". Furthemore, GPD shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature arising out of the use of this product, and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary depending on your region.
Warranty:
1) The warranty does not cover all damage caused by human factors, such as disassembly, misuse, dropping, dropping, water intrusion, unofficial firmware, software modifications or similar reasons of the computer and its accessories.
2) Please contact us before returning a defective item; otherwise, your return request may be delayed.
Please send us clear pictures of outer packaging, shipping labels, packaging weight and the items you receive.
3) Products you don’t like within 7-14 days
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it and the product is still in a new and unopened condition, you can contact customer service staff for a return, refund or exchange service. Note, please send it after confirmation by customer service staff. And you are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.
4) One year warranty
GPD offers a one-year warranty from the date of receipt of goods. Please note that this item should be returned by the customer and the customer will also be responsible for shipping costs to return it after repair. And this policy only applies to products within the warranty period. If it exceeds the warranty period or is caused by human factors, a certain maintenance fee will be charged according to the product condition (the customer also needs to bear the return shipping fee)
5) Warranty Waiver and Precautions
Damage and wear caused by the natural use of the product is the responsibility of the user and is not covered by our warranty policy.
