We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service in time, and customer service will provide you with a full refund. 

Note: After placing an order, we will process the order and ship it within 1-3 working days. If the consumer cancels the order within 24 hours before shipment and the cancellation time specified on the website, the order can be cancelled.

Returns & Replace(if applicable)

1) We accept product returns.
Customers have the right to request returns within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you are sending your package to the correct address.

2) Our responsibility
Product defects/damage or soiling caused during shipping.

The model/color of the product received is different from the color ordered.

If you encounter the above problems, please send clear pictures or videos of the product to customer service in a timely manner. After identification, we will provide return and exchange services.

3) Defective products
Sometimes defective products may appear. If you think the product you received is defective, please contact customer service promptly after receiving the product. Goods that are defective due to long-term use or excessive use are not considered defective. After verification, we will provide you with return, exchange and corresponding refund services.


Unless the product is defective, returns or exchanges will not be provided:

Customized, personalized merchandise.

Specially customized items.

Discontinued items.


How to return a product

If you would like to return a product, please email customer service:

Please indicate the order number, product name and reason for return and wait for our confirmation.

We recommend that you return goods by registered and insured post, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If you need to return an item, we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.
